Bay projects in Marin and San Francisco get more than $350,000 for work

Bothin Marsh and the Sausalito-Mill Valley path, part of the Bay Trail, intersect in Marin County.

Amy Hutzel, new executive director at the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority

The San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority has announced its new executive officer, Amy Hutzel. Hutzel also has been appointed as executive officer of the State Coastal Conservancy, which provides executive officer services to the Restoration Authority under a joint powers agreement.

The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) has a new leadership team as of tonight, with Sonoma County Supervisor David Rabbitt installed as ABAG's new president and Palo Alto Mayor Greg Scharff sworn in as vice president. Their two-year terms as heads of the nine county Bay Area's regional planning agency and council of governments' will extend to January 2020.
