Construction of the multi-use path over Corte Madera Creek in Larkspur continues to make good progress, according to the Transportation Authority of Marin.
A major milestone was reached when a portion of the pathway over the creek was opened for the public late last month. Half the path width is available to walk or bike and offers views of the bay, TAM notes.
The other half of the path is still needed by the contractor to demolish and remove the old narrow sidewalk. Construction is expected to be completed with the full path open to the public in late Spring/early Summer, according to TAM.
