What should the San Francisco Bay Area of the future look like? Thinking about the year 2050, what would you like to see change about the Bay Area? What would you like to see stay the same?

MTC and ABAG want to hear from you as we develop a blueprint for how our region lives, works and plays in the decades ahead. What will the Bay Area look like in 2050? Share your thoughts by taking this brief survey.

Input received through this survey will be used to define the Guiding Principles for an exciting new initiative, called Horizon, launched by MTC and ABAG earlier this month. This effort will allow planners, policymakers and the public to wrestle with challenging questions about the forces that could shape the Bay Area through 2050. Learn more about the Horizon initiative in this blog post.

Share your ideas for how we can make the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area a better place to live for people from all walks of life. And consider sharing the online survey with your networks – it is available in English, Spanish and Chinese and will be open through March 31, 2018.

What are you waiting for? Put on your futurist thinking cap and go!

Also consider signing up for the Horizon mailing list to stay up-to-date on each stage of this planning effort and how you can get involved in the process.
