A new transit-oriented development project at the Coliseum Station is being highlighted by BART.
The site is a mixed-income property, with half its 110 apartment units designated as moderate-income rents.
The the other half set aside as affordable housing for those making 50% to 60% of the average median income for Oakland.
MTC has long backed transit oriented development.
