The Bay Area Regional Collaborative (BARC) will be meeting at the Bay Area Metro Center on Friday, February 16, at 10:00 a.m. Executive Director Allison Brooks will provide updates on BARC's solar project, the Adapting to Rising Tides Program, an SB 1 grant, their work with the Government Alliance for Race and Equity, and Resilient by Design.
