The San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) is developing a shared vision of the San Francisco Bay Area ferry system for 2050, including the level of service and extent of ferry operations and emergency response.
WETA is now seeking input via an online survey.
The effort is an opportunity to re-imagine water transit and address emerging priorities concerning the environment, mobility, accessibility, equity, economic development, emergency response and quality of life throughout the Bay Area, according to WETA.
This site will be updated throughout the course of the project with opportunities to review proposed ideas, share your comments, and engage with the project team and key stakeholders.
