As VTA continues to focus efforts on increasing riders' level of comfort and trust in transit, the agency is asking for input to help VTA ensure it is providing the public with a quality transit experience during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Riders can take the survey in English, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Chinese or Korean at: vta.org/survey.
The survey closes on Nov. 13. A random drawing will be held for a $100 Amazon will be held for those who provide their email address.
In July, VTA launched its “10-Point Plan to Strengthen Trust in Transit” to ensure riders feel confident during these times of extraordinary caution. Since then, we have provided additional enhancements like the real-time crowding information via the VTA endorsed Transit app.
