The Valley Transportation Authority is getting the word of canceled trips to its customers via its web site and app.

Alerts are now being published when trips are canceled. That can occur when there are not enough drivers available.

All alerts are in the VTA Transit app and on the agency's web site. If there’s no alert and you see real-time projections for your trip, it’s not canceled.

Customer service representatives are available for trip planning and feedback at (408) 321-2300.
