The site Zumper created an interesting page mapping rents in San Francisco district by district.

The South Beach neighborhood near Oracle Park checked in with the highest rent for a one-bedroom apartment at $3,900 a month, according to the Zumper data.

The Outer Mission/Excelsior District along the Geneva Avenue corridor had the "cheapest" rent at $2,010 a month.

San Francisco is the most expensive city in the country to rent a one-bedroom unit, according to the report.

There are several bills in the state Legislature aimed at addressing the housing crisis.
