The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is expanding the bike network in the city.

Protected bike lanes have been added along Fell Street, the Embarcadero and along Third Street.

Biking is more important than ever as a means of transportation with Muni service limited, and as a way to get exercise while sheltering-in-place.

As reminder, September marks "Bike to Wherever Days," which takes the place of the popular "Bike to Work Day." The latter was postponed this year because of the pandemic.
