Redwood City, San Mateo, Fremont, and Santa Rosa all face housing problems, according to a report in Inman.

The report cites a study by GoBankingRates, which looks at the top 50 American cities most likely to see a poor housing market in the near future.

In their research, GoBankingRates looked at foreclosure rates and the change in home values over the last 12-month and 24-month periods, according to Inman.
