From the Electrify America press release:

Participants will learn about ZEV vehicle technology, performance and cost of operation, as well as available incentives and charging infrastructure inside and outside the home. An all new 350kW DC fast charger from Electrify America that provides up to 20 miles of range per minute of charging – the fastest charging technology available today – also will be on display.

Admission is free and four of the events will be held in disadvantaged or low income communities....

Registration is required, and a valid driver’s license will be necessary for participants who want to get behind the wheel. Advanced registration for the events is available online at https://electrifyamerica.rsvp360.co.

The events are part of Electrify America’s initial $200 million investment in California to increase Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure, education and access. The company’s total investment will reach $800 million over the next ten years.

Supporting electric vehicle activities — including increased EV adoption rates through incentives to buy or lease, public test-drive events and expanding the network of charging stations — are a major goal of MTC's Climate Initiatives Program, which seeks to reduce the transportation sector's carbon footprint.
