Jerseys on Bay Area transit promotion a super hit

To celebrate transit’s role in getting fans to Super Bowl LX related events and the big game, Bay Area transit agencies and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission encouraged transit riders to wear their favorite jersey on transit on Tuesday.

The fans didn't disappoint with their jerseys and other sports gear.

Agencies such as BART, Tri Delta Transit and others handed out prizes to those spotted wearing a jersey during their ride. It was a great way to promote public transit and events surrounding Super Bowl LX.
