The U.S. Department of Transportation has released its December 2020 Air Travel Consumer Report.
The impact of COVID-19 is reflected in the report. The data shows an increased number of flights from May through August, a dip in September and gains in October.
The report includes which airlines had the best and worst on time records, which carriers cancelled the most flights and how much baggage was mishandled, among other factoids.
