Development plans for VTA's Curtner Station set for Thursday discussion
Transforming the Curtner Station Park & Ride lot into a livable, walkable, shoppable community close to transit is the objective of one of VTA's latest transit-oriented development projects.
VTA will host an online community meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday where the developer will discuss the project. Public input will also be taken.
The proposed development is a 4-acre site owned by VTA. The developer partners, Bayview Development Group and Civil & Building North America Inc., are proposing a mixed-use development that could provide medical offices, market rate and affordable housing and retail space.
