Solano Community College students can ride free to get to campus via a Solano Transportation Authority program.
Students showing their Solano Community College IDs can ride on Solano Express Blue Line, Green Line, Yellow Line, Red Line and local transit service provided by SolTrans, FAST and Vacaville City Coach in Solano County.
It is students that help fund the program. In June, college students approved a 10-year extension of a fee for transit in the county. The fee is part of their semester student cost. The program is popular: 85% of students voted their fees for the service.
