Bay Area Housing Market Shifting?

As ABAG looks more closely at housing in the region, there appears to be shifts in the real estate market in the Bay Area.

News outlets reporting on the changes in recent weeks include the Mercury News, San Francisco Chronicle and SF Curbed. The reports address fewer homes being sold, declining prices and people looking outside the Bay Area to live. 

Crystal balls are in short supply when it comes to housing, especially in the highly volatile Bay Area market. It will be interesting to see how the real estate scene develops in the coming months.
