The U.S. Department of Transportation released its April 2020 Air Travel Consumer Report.
Because of the lag time of the data, the full impact of COVID-19 is not reflected in the numbers.
The report includes which airlines had the best and worst on time records, which carriers cancelled the most flights and how much baggage was mishandled, among other factoids.
