AC Transit seeks rider input as parts of Bay Area reopen

As Alameda and Contra Costa counties gradually reopen, many AC Transit riders are returning to the workforce or resuming some part of their previous daily activities and the agency wants to hear from those riders.

AC Transit is interested in understanding the “new normal” and has a survey for riders to take as is relates to COVID-19.

The survey is available in English, Spanish and Chinese languages.

All riders who complete the survey can enter to win an AC Transit 31-day pass.
