The Center will be located temporarily in the lobby of AC Transit General Offices at 1600 Franklin St. in downtown Oakland.
The Customer Service Center staff will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to provide assistance with:
- Fares purchases, including Senior, Youth and Disabled passes
- Clipper® Card services, including discount information
- Renewal or replacement transactions for the Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Program
- Lost and Found support between 8:00am and 4:30pm
